I went to California a few weeks ago. My nephew David graduated from The Los Angeles School of Film. His teachers had said that this particular class will be one that they remember more than others. His class had a certain chemistry. I met most of the people in his class and they were really nice and had all their dreams in tow. They were all young and on their way to having a great career.
I walked down Hollywood Blvd and took about 150 pics of the stars on the walk of fame. Everyone from Jimi Hendrix to Kermit The Frog has a star. Took pics of the handprints of Judy Garland. Cecil B Demille and Jean Harlow. Why them? Well I didn’t have much time and that was all I could get!! I also got a bunch of Chinese yahoos bitching that we are all going to die!! Walking around with big crosses and funny accents ranting about Jesus. I got that on video. I’ll post it when I can.
My hotel was right across the street (pretty much) of the Church of Scientology. I took pics of that big blue building too. We drove through Beverley Hills. I tried to takes pics from the moving car but most were too blurry. The Viper Room, The Comedy Store, The Hustler Building, Andy Warhol Museum… None of these pics came out.
I took quite a few pics of Venice Beach. I really liked Venice Beach. I could get along pretty well there…
I’ve been learning a lot of cover tunes on acoustic guitar lately. I think I’m going to try and put together 3 sets and get some decent paying shows at hotels..? Or something like that. My bald spot is getting bigger and it is really pissing me off! I’ve always been the one with the long curly hair!! And now, a dome is appearing. FUCKING CUNT!! Oh well. I see quite a few “cool” rockers like Townsend and.. and… well Pete Townsend is the only one that comes to mind and he still rocks and is respected. I saw a YouTube video of him falling off stage. It looked pretty recent. Bald spot and all falling off stage and looking quite frazzled and pissed that it had happened. Then pretending it was ok and had a laugh…
So, getting older and having my health (I hope) is a good thing. Actually it’s the best thing. I know I can’t be younger and I hope I can be healthier. But positive thinking and a drink or few can bring happiness to all. Hmm that’s my new motto.. only because I can’t remember my old motto…

ut 500 “bad guys” in the newest video game…Anyway my point was… This kid shit and pissed in the fucking toilet didn’t fucking even flush!!! I went to use the bathroom about 4 minutes after he did and I just knew I was in for a surprise because this happened the last time he was here..I just peeked in at the throne, saw the yellow colored water and the floating dark brown stool and got the fuck out!!! People should NOT bring kids to work!! I hope this doesn’t go on all week.. I think kids have ALL WEEK OFF!!!

Oklahoma law may go forward that could post information online about women who get abortions… WHY IS THIS EVEN BEING BROUGHT FORTH AS A LAW?? This is complete harassment and an invasion of a woman’s privacy. What the fuck people? First of all MAN, THE LEADER OF THIS GREAT WORLD AND ALL AROUND TYPICAL ASSHOLE, shouldn’t even have a say whatsoever in this situation. It’s a WOMANS choice between herself, her own conscience and possibly her religion. (I am not too much for religion these days..) Why is this situation escalating? The ONLY answer is RELIGION. I think Robert Plant said it best when he said “Does anybody remember religion?” Oh, he didn’t say that, but the zealots out there ARE SAYING THAT! Listen, go to church, kneel and pray, gulp the blood, eat the flesh, say 200 Hell Mary’s (spelled correctly?- I’m not Catholic) and be happy… But you can’t. – That’s ok though. Nay a war ever spent on religion.

I’m pretty much going on my 11th(?) day in a row of working. I thought Christmas comes but once a year, not 6 weeks!! I guess it goes w/ the territory of retail. I work for a..lets say a very famous museum..OK? I used to be one of the main customer service people for about 6 years until I couldn’t type anymore, so it was either keep my job or play my guitar. Quite obvious that I chose to play my guitar. They offered to give me a position in the warehouse. It’s cool. I listen to my music and nobody tells me what to do. Nobody really knows WHAT I do anyway. I mean they know what needs to get done but they don’t know what I do to get the job done…So what I wanted to rant about was the fact that this company is a “non-profit” organization. The CEO or whatever they call him, makes $250,000-$300,000 a year as a BONUS. I repeat—BONUS!!!! I read that this year he is “donating” 15% of his BONUS to some charity…That’s still about $200,000 BONUS!! Things don’t make much sense anymore. I also read that his living expenses are paid for too.. Some people have it dead easy!!

So my cholesterol was 274. No that’s not a typo…It was 274. That was a few months ago. With the help of some pills, a bit of exercise and not too much of a diet change, it has been lowered to 209. Still a bit high but not too bad. Once I get my shit together w/ my new move and new place I’ll get into a regular exercise routine. Mostly walking. Walking is really cool. Good for the body and good for the mind too. Especially this time of year w/ the Christmas lights and all. If you can stand the cold weather it’s pretty nice for an hour and why not what else would you be doing watching repeats of Family Guy or The Office or looking at porn?? The internet has ruined this world in a lot of ways… but I got to get back to work- that’s where I am now. Yep, the good ole job that provides me w/ everything that I could possibly want out of life— that’s sarcasm folks.

My fucking back is really killing me today. I haven’t had back pain in years but all of a sudden..I guess it’s because I just moved into a new place and lifted a lot of heavy crap that I didn’t even know I had. I’ts always that way when you move. I should know I moved 5 times in the past 8 years… Anyway, tonight is The Christmas Dogs of War Show. It should be fun. It’s always for a good cause and the money goes to someone less fortunate than most of us. It’s ten bucks to get in and there are about 20 bands tonight giving their time and talents—What bugs me are musicians who DON’T GIVE THE $10 DONATION AT THE DOOR BECAUSE THEY ARE PART OF THE ENTERTAINMENT. ARE YOU SPECIAL BECAUSE YOU KNOW HOW TO FORM A Cm7 CHORD?? Just give the fucking ten bucks to someone less fortunate.
